You can expect comfortable rooms with shower/floor shower, WC, Flat TV and free WIFI.
Most rooms are equipped with a balcony including a view of the surrounding mountain panorama.
All double rooms can be booked as single rooms as well.

Parking options are available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax is 3 € per day for adults and 1 € per day for children (6 – 15 years).



APARTMENT & PRICE

The 4-star apartment with a roofed balkony facing south is only 5 minutes away from the centre of Garmisch, it is located in a residental area with good transport connections

The comfortable furnishing on 75 m² offers an optimal living quality for 2 persons. In the apartement there is one bedroom, the large living room with a comfortable spacious lounge invites you to relax there is also a flat screen and free Wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffe machine, electric stove, microwave and includes a dining area. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet and WC, there is also a separate WC as well.

In summer our spacious garden with deck chairs and bicycle parking facilities are to your disposal. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed.

The tourist tax for adults is 3 € per day, for children (6 – 15 years) 1 € per day.
